ABOUT REACH

Reach Allied Health is a small business proud to be operating in the Lockyer Valley region. We aim to improve the health and wellbeing of locals and are passionate about giving back to the community that supports us.

Ben and Kate specialise in prescribing exercise to aid in the management of chronic conditions and pain. These regularly include; weight and diabetes management, chronic back, knee or shoulder pain management, falls prevention training and a number of neurological conditions or disabilities. We are excited by the prospect of expanding our team to provide high quality, multi-disciplinary care to the Lockyer Valley region.

We both enjoy the relationships we are able to build during our individual consultations and sessions as well as the fun and sense of community we can foster in our group classes.

We look forward to helping you with an individualised treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
